Anyone can view most Tekla Structures instructions and videos in the User Assistance service, but some of the content is provided as part of your organization's maintenance contract. If your organization has a valid maintenance agreement, your organization's own Tekla account administrator must invite you to join your organization's group and you must accept this invitation by clicking on an e-mail link.
After joining the group, your new access rights are activated the next time when you log in to the online service. If you are currently logged in, log out and log back in.
Organization administrator instructions can be found here.
You can only be part of one Tekla Account Organization. If your company has two Organizations,e.g. because the software was purchased by separate offices and your maintenance contracts are split between between these offices, then you will only be able to view the content for the Organization you are currently part of.
To be able to view the content for the Organization you are not a part of you need to be invited as a External User of that Organization - while you can only be a part of one Organization you can be an External User of multiple Organization.
