As a Tekla Account administrator, you manage your Tekla Account Organization's user accounts and ensure that they have access to the Tekla Online Services.
Maintenance access to Tekla services are managed through a self-service portal, the Tekla account Admin Tool. One or more people in your organization can be administrators. The first administrator is invited automatically by the Tekla Account Service and given administrator rights. It is then the responsibility of that person to add other users and administrators as necessary.
Watch these steps as a video (YouTube). Your users will require an account to accept an invitation to join your Tekla Account Organization, which they can create when they receive the invite if they haven't already got one. However, if they are not familiar with the Tekla Account Service it may be worth informing them you are about to invite them.
After this is done:
Tekla Account administrators can invite people who are not part of their organization to join and access their organization's maintenance access.
Users cannot be employees in more than one organization at a time, but users can be added as external license users while belonging to some other organization.
To add people as external users:
If the invited user does not accept the invitation within a week, the invitation link stops working. To be able to join the organization, the user must receive a new link.
